* Kitchen 61 is unique — our menu is always changing and evolves from day to day and week to week, just like a real home kitchen. To help explain how our ordering and pickup process works, I’ve listed everything in simple bullet points below for easy reading.

* What’s Cooking at Kitchen 61

Every Friday evening, I post the upcoming weekly menu here and on my ordering site (www.hotplate.com/kitchen61.kelso).  The ordering link goes live Sunday at 1:00 p.m., so you can grab your favorites for the week!

* Order Early! Most meals sell out quickly — I keep batches small so everything stays fresh and homemade. If we start running low, I’ll post an update so you have a chance to order before it's gone!

* Why I Limit Orders

I limit daily pickups to keep things calm in my neighborhood and ensure every meal is fresh and made with care. You can order as many meals as you'd like — the limit is on pickups, not meal count!

How Pickup Works

* Pickup is available 4:30–6:00 p.m. Need an earlier time? Send me a message — I’m happy to accommodate when I can!

* When You Arrive

Text (573) 398-9118 and I’ll bring your meal right to your car.
For safety, please stay in your vehicle — I’ve got everything covered!

* Day-Of Text Reminder

Around noon on pickup day, I’ll send a quick text to confirm your pickup time. This helps me prep meals fresh and keeps cars from lining up at once.  And yes — I’m still learning everyone’s vehicles, so thanks for your patience! 😄

* Fair Prices, Honest Cooking

Each meal is priced based on real ingredient, packaging, and prep costs.  I pay the same grocery prices you do — no wholesale discounts, just honest homemade cooking. My goal is simple: real food for real families.
